Festival - June 25

Booth Setup: 7:00-9:00am

Festival: 9:00am-3:00pm

Unload your vehicles at the parking lot on Memorial Drive. We cannot reserve the parking lot, but we will have a few spaces blocked off on the north side of the lot for vehicles actively unloading. Please work efficiently to unload your vehicle and make space for more people to use the space. An Idaho Falls Pride volunteer will greet you to show you where your booth is located. We have a lot of booths this year, please only set up in your assigned location.

Booth Tear Down: 3:00-5:00pm

Please use the same section of the parking lot on Memorial Drive to load your vehicle after the festival. Please be courteous to others and efficiently load your vehicle so others may use the space.

Parade - June 25

Everyone is welcome to walk in the parade! See the Parade section of this page for more info.

Where do I park?

Just like any other downtown event, parking will be limited — lots can be found on the Idaho Falls Downtown Development Website.

What is included with booth space?

We cannot provide tables and chairs for everyone please bring your own. We recommend a pop-up canopy as some spaces may be in the sun.

What should I bring?

Please bring your own table and chairs. While there is some shade, some spaces may be in the sun and we expect it to be HOT. We recommend plenty of liquids to stay hydrated, sunscreen, a pop-up canopy, anything you’ll need to stay comfortable. Coolers and snacks are welcome but please keep in mind that this is a city park and a family friendly event, please do not bring any alcoholic beverages.

How many people will be in attendance?

We expect 2,000 - 3,000 people throughout the day.

Can I get electricity to my booth?

We cannot provide electricity. Please plan accordingly.

Who do I talk to if I have a question or need help during the festival?

If you have any questions on the day of the festival, find someone with a Living Loud STAFF or VOLUNTEER shirt or visit the Idaho Falls Pride Booth (located next to the stage.)

Thank you again for supporting Idaho Falls Pride, we can’t wait to see all of you on June 25th!
