An important part of our festival is providing space for businesses to show the community what they are about. Festival booths are included with our various sponsorship levels, or you can sign up for a festival booth only at the link below.
We are incredibly grateful to all of our sponsors. They make these events possible! If you or your business is interested in sponsoring Idaho Falls Pride, follow the link below for details about our sponsorship perks and to sign up.
If you have signed up to be a sponsor or for a booth, see the details below for what to expect the day of the festival. For any additional questions, email email@example.com.
Festival - June 25
Booth Setup: 7:00-9:00am
Unload your vehicles at the parking lot on Memorial Drive. We cannot reserve the parking lot, but we will have a few spaces blocked off on the north side of the lot for vehicles actively unloading. Please work efficiently to unload your vehicle and make space for more people to use the space. An Idaho Falls Pride staff member will greet you to show you where your booth is located. We have a lot of booths this year, please only set up in your assigned location.
Booth Tear Down: 3:00-5:00pm
Please use the same section of the parking lot on Memorial Drive to load your vehicle after the festival. Please be courteous to others and efficiently load your vehicle so others may use the space.
Parade - June 25
Everyone is welcome to walk in the parade! See the Parade section of this page for more info.
Where do I park?
Just like any other downtown event, parking will be limited — lots can be found on the Idaho Falls Downtown Development Website.
What is included with booth space?
We cannot provide tables and chairs for everyone please bring your own. We recommend a pop-up canopy as some spaces may be in the sun.

We expect 2,000 - 3,000 people throughout the day
Can I get electricity to my booth?
We cannot provide electricity. Please plan accordingly.
